I am writing to thank you for the excellent service I received from your team member Ross this month. When I came to the service desk Ross accommodated my rush to set up plans to coordinate service. In that rushed time he worked to coordinate an immediate diagnostic of our car (and as it turned out that was very important to accomplish). Because it is very difficult to transfer the carseats from my vehicle to another (loaner) car, Ross rode home with us (helped me unload my groceries!) and drove the car back to the service team for the diagnostic test. He called me back a few hours later to report that we had level zero brakes on the front and level four brakes on the rear. It was not safe to be driving our car and I had no idea. Our brakes were replaced that day. Ross coordinated with the team to return my car to my home without any inconvenience to us. Ross's efforts may have helped us avoid an accident and with two small children I can't tell you how much that means to us. Ross was professional, polite and went above and beyond for us. He also would not accept tips when I offered one which I thought showed good character to keeping with either company policy or just showing an old-fashioned commitment to service without expectation of reward that I don't see often. I hope he is a team member there for the long haul and we will look forward to working with your business in the future! Well done on hiring a fantastic team member!
